For both classes, wear comfortable workout gear like shorts and a tank top to allow for better grip on the pole. Avoid lotions or oils before class, as they can make gripping the pole difficult.

Both classes are appropriate and friendly for newbies! Sometimes, even intermediate students join these classes to brush up on their foundations. But don't be intimidated! All our regular students were newbies once too!
